The Great British Bake Off has returned to channel 4 for the second series as contestants prepare to battle it out to create the best sponges, pastries and tarts.
The bakers’ breads, cakes and pastries will be judged by Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.
Paul Hollywood, who before Bake Off was head baker at a number of hotels in the UK and Cyprus, said that he would stay with the show as it moved.
Berry’s place was taken by Prue Leith, who before joining Bake Off ran a number of culinary schools as well as working being a food columnist and judging the BBC’s Great British Menu for over a decade.
The hosting vacancies were filled by QI presenter Sandi Toksvig and The Mighty Boosh actor Noel Fielding, who are also returning for the new series.
Now, as the new set of bakers make themselves at home in the tent, we’re talking you through everything you need to know about this years show.
VI Rental were delighted to be involved in this production and supplied the cameras and lenses.
